SureTabTerms of use & refund policy

1. The service
SureTab is a browser extension that saves and restores browser tabs. The free version is available at no cost. SureTab Pro is an optional one-time purchase that adds automatic backup to the user's own Google Drive.
2. SureTab Pro license
- A SureTab Pro purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Pro features for the lifetime of the product, on up to 3 computers at a time.
- You can move a license between computers by deactivating it on one ("Deactivate Pro on this computer") and activating it on another.
- Sharing or reselling license keys is not allowed; keys used against these terms may be disabled.
3. Payments
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales taxes. Prices are shown in US dollars.
4. Refund policy
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- your license key has not been activated, or
- SureTab Pro does not work on your computer and we are unable to fix the problem, or
- you were charged more than once by mistake.
To request a refund, email matisantoro03@gmail.com with the email address used for the purchase and your order number (it's in your receipt). When a refund is issued, the license key is disabled. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country.
5. Your data
How SureTab handles data is described in the privacy policy. Your saved tabs remain yours; you can export them at any time.
6. No warranty
SureTab is provided "as is". We work hard to make sure your tabs are never lost — that's why SureTab keeps several independent backups — but we cannot guarantee the extension will be free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Important changes will be announced on this page with a new date.
